**The
Beverwyck String Band**
Kristen
Brunner, Britany Orlebeke and Peter Siegel met in Albany,
New York in 1993 and have been playing together as the Beverwyck
String Band ever since. Named for the 17th century Dutch town
on the Hudson River that later became known as Albany, the
band brings their energy and enthusiasm for traditional dance
music to contra dances and events throughout the Northeast
and beyond.

On
the Housetop is a swing quartet with four part harmonies,
vintage and original songs and fiddle tunes.

Housetop
is with Peter, Naomi Morse on fiddle, Anna Patton on Clarinet
and Erica Morse on Standup Bass.

**underbelly**
Underbelly
includes Michael Daves
on Guitar and Mando, and Alicia Jo Rabins on Fiddle as well
as Peter on mando, guitar, banjo, and feet. It's driving
traditional and original tunes and songs grounded in the
sounds of the south but drawing melodies and inspiration
from Klezmer to Quebec to swing.

**the
Greenfield
Dance Band**
This
contra dance band
plays the 2nd, 4th, and 5th Fridays of every month at the Guilding
Star Grange in Greenfield, MA.
The
band was founded over 20 years ago by fidder and caller David
Kaynor and over the years has come to include Stuart Kenny,
Mary Cay Brass, and Peter. There is always another melody player
joining the band. Such notables as Susan Conger, Van Kaynor,
Lissa Schneckenberger, Rodney Miller, Mary Lea, the list goes
on. |
Other
bands include Crazy quilt which includes Anna Patton on
clarinet, Pater Barnes on piano and guitar, and Mary Lea on
fiddle.
Peter
also plays in all sorts of combinations with dozens of musicians including
Percussionist Ellen Clegg,
Fiddler David Kaynor, Fiddler
Lissa Schneckenberger, Percussionist
Sam Zucchini.
